Volunteer for LP2 Help Desk!
The LP2 Help Desk, staffed by our members, is located in room 8309. They’re there to help you from 10:30AM to 1:30PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until the end of the spring session.
We’d like to expand the hours in the fall, especially before and after SGs. For information and/or to volunteer in the fall, please contact lp2@gc.cuny.edu.
We encourage new members to volunteer at First Desk because it’s a great way to meet people, learn things and be part of the action. The First Desk is in the Office of Academic Initiatives and Strategic Innovation (AISI) in Room 8309.
Volunteers at the AISI Office First Desk:
- are located at the center of an LP2 member gathering place (AISI Office)
- serve as greeters or hosts
- are guides in the building and its classrooms
- answer questions in person and on the telephone
- gather and relay tips on restaurants in the area
- disseminate information on neighborhood events
