If you need help with Graduate Center credentials or on-campus tech issues, the  best way to request IT support is to email itservices@gc.cuny.edu or chat online at www.gc.cuny.edu/it. Note that after three days of inactivity or if the issue has been resolved, the ticket will close and you will need to send a new email to itservices@gc.cuny.edu if you need to continue the conversation.
