1. Acceptance of Terms of Use. Thank you for visiting this website (the “Site”). LP² The Lifelong Peer Learning Program (“We,” “Our,” “Us,” and “LP²”) offers access to and use of the Site subject to your acceptance without modification of these terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Site. By using this Site, you are accepting these Terms of Use.
   
   
2. Description of the Site. The Site allows access and use of LP²’s services to the extent and in the manner offered through the Site.
   
   
3. Electronic Signatures. By using the Service, you agree to transact electronically through the Site. You agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature. You further agree that your use of a key pad, mouse or other device to select an item, button, icon or similar act/action, constitutes your signature as if actually signed by you in writing. You also agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your electronic signature, and the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your electronic signature.
   
   
4. Communications Consent. By providing your telephone number, you are providing express written consent to receive communications from LP², (including its affiliates, agents, service providers, and affiliates for the purposes of defined above) for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing various services from both LP² and companies LP² has joint marketing agreements with. Additionally, you agree to receive communications from LP² regarding your service, and any information you may have obtained via your use of a Website. You agree that these communications include, but are not limited to, the use of an Automated Telephone Dialing System, prerecorded and/or artificial voice, SMS, MMS, text, fax, email or other similar means. Note, regardless of whether your phone number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. You agree that LP² is not responsible for any charges to you regarding these communications. Standard voice and data rates may apply. Should you wish to no longer receive communications, you may text “STOP” to cease receiving such communications. Further, you understand that you do not need to provide this consent to call as a condition to receive any good or service, in which case you will not provide your phone number.
   
   
5. Password. You are required to choose a password and a user name when setting up your account or otherwise enrolling in provided services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password, account information, and all activities that occur through the use of your password, account, or as a result of your access to the Site. You agree not to share your password, account information, or access to the Site with any other person.  You agree to immediately notify LP² of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your account or password. LP² will not be responsible for any loss whatsoever arising from the misappropriation of your password by a third party.
   
   
6. Intellectual Property and Rights to Access Site.
   
   6.1. Ownership. The Site’s database, and all data in the Site, is owned by LP² and/or its agents, and the underlying technology and format are owned or licensed by LP². The Site’s technology and format are protected by applicable domestic and international patent, copyright and other intellectual property and proprietary rights and laws, and is offered to you, as it exists on the Site, for limited use pursuant to these Terms of Use. You shall not copy, distribute, publish, perform, modify download, transmit, transfer, sell, or license, create derivative works from or based on, publicly display, frame, link, or in any other way exploit any of the Site, in whole or in part, other than any of your own personal information that is found through the use of the Site, without the prior written permission of LP² or the respective copyright holder.
   
   6.2. License. Subject to this Agreement, LP² hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal and educational purposes: (i) to access and use the Service; (ii) to access and use materials or other content generated through or available on the Site; and (iii) reproduce materials or other content generated through or available on the Site. All rights not explicitly granted in this Agreement are reserved by LP². You may not use the Site in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement.
   
   6.3. Trademark Notices. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos contained in the Site are the property of their respective owners.
   
   
7. Links to Third Party Sites. The Site may contain links to other Web Sites (“Linked Sites”) and access to third party content, products and services. These Linked Sites are not under LP² control and LP² is not responsible for the content of any Linked Site, including, without limitation, any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. LP² is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. LP² is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by LP² of the site or any association with its operators. You bear all risks associated with the access to, and use of, such websites and third party content, products and services.
   
   
8. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use. By using the Site, you represent and warrant to LP² that you will not use the Site in any manner that: (a) is defamatory, derogatory, degrading or harassing of another or constitutes a personal attack; (b) invades another’s privacy or includes, copies or transmits another’s confidential, sensitive or personal information; (c) promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual; (d) is obscene or not in good taste; (e) violates, infringes or promotes the violation or infringement of another’s rights, including intellectual property rights; (f) violates or promotes the violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (g) contains a solicitation of funds, goods or services, or promotes or advertises goods or services; (h) contains any viruses, Trojan horses, or other components designed to limit or harm the functionality of a computer; (i) could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site; or (j) for any purpose that is prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site. We may report you to the relevant authorities and may act under the fullest extent of applicable laws if you transmit or upload content intended or designed to cause harm.
   
   
9. Changes to Site. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this Site, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.

    10.2 IN STATES WHICH RESTRICT OR DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER THE LAW.
    
    
11. Limitation of Liability. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IN NO EVENT WILL LP² OR ITS MANAGERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION UNDER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF: (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, OR (B) YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY SERVICES OR CONTENT PROVIDED BY THE SITE; EVEN IF ANY OF SUCH PARTIES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ALSO, IN NO EVENT WILL ANY OF THE ABOVE IDENTIFIED PARTIES IN THIS SECTION BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN $500 (USD).IN STATES WHICH RESTRICT OR DO NOT ALLOW THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER THE LAW.
    
    
12. Indemnification.
    
    12.2. We shall defend you against any claim, demand, suit, or proceeding (“Claim”) made or brought against You by a third party alleging that the use of the Services as permitted hereunder infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of a third party, and shall indemnify You for any damages finally awarded against, and for reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by, you in connection with any such Claim; provided, that you (a) promptly give us written notice of the Claim; (b) give us sole control of the defense and settlement of the Claim (provided that We may not settle any Claim unless the settlement unconditionally releases You of all liability); and (c) provide to us all reasonable assistance, at Our expense.
    
    12.2. You shall defend us against any Claim made or brought against us by a third party alleging that your use of the Services in violation of this Agreement, or the data or information you submit through the Service, infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of a third party or violates applicable law, and shall indemnify us for any damages finally awarded against, and for reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by, us in connection with any such Claim; provided, that we: (a) promptly give you written notice of the Claim; (b) give you sole control of the defense and settlement of the Claim (provided that you may not settle any Claim unless the settlement unconditionally release us of all liability); and (c) provide to you all reasonable assistance, at our expense.
    
    12.3. This Section 12 (Mutual Indemnification) states the indemnifying party’s sole liability to, and the indemnified party’s exclusive remedy against, the other party for any type of Claim described in this Section.
    
    
13. Security. We have implemented commercially reasonable administrative, procedural, and technical measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Measures will vary depending on the sensitivity, format, location, amount, distribution and storage of the Personal Information. However, due to the nature of the Internet and related technology, We cannot absolutely guarantee the security of Personal Information, and LP² expressly disclaims any such obligation. You hereby acknowledge and understand that such risk is inherent in interacting with any website, including this Site, and take full responsibility for any harm, danger or damage that ensues. 
    
    
14. Termination 
    
    14.1 Termination. LP2 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or limit your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. 
    
    
15. General Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive venue of New York City, New York, U.S.A. in all arbitrations or other disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms of use, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and LP² as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. LP²’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of LP²’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by LP² with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and LP² with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and LP² with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. 
    
    
16. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
    
    16.1 PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY – IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND GOVERNS HOW YOU CAN BRING CLAIMS AGAINST LP².  THIS SECTION WILL, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTION, REQUIRE YOU TO SUBMIT CLAIMS AGAINST LP² TO BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.  THIS MEANS THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BRING A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE LAWSUIT IN A COURT OF LAW BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY CONCERNING ANY DISPUTE THAT MAY ARISE WHICH IS COVERED BY THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND ARE INSTEAD AGREEING TO SUBMIT ANY SUCH DISPUTE SOLELY ON YOUR OWN BEHALF TO AN IMPARTIAL ARBITRATOR.
    
    16.2 You and LP² mutually agree to forego the delay and expense of using a court of law and choose instead to benefit from the speedy, economical, and impartial dispute resolution procedure of using binding arbitration for any disputes that arise between You and LP², its related and affiliated companies, and/or any current or former employee, officer, or director of LP² or any related or affiliated company as it relates to Your use of the Site and these Terms of Use.  You and LP² agree that this Arbitration and Class Action Waiver is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq., and will survive even after these Terms of Use terminate.  Any revision to or termination of the Terms of Use that modify or terminate this Arbitration and Class Action Waiver shall not apply to a pending arbitration, to any claim that accrued prior to the modification or termination, or to any claim that the asserting party knew about prior to the modification or termination, except as may be required by applicable law.
    
    16.3. To initiate arbitration, the party desiring to pursue a legal dispute must prepare a written demand setting forth the claim(s) and deliver the written demand within the applicable statute of limitations period by hand or first class mail to the representatives of the other party.  You and LP² agree that the arbitration shall be administered by American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) before a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties, and if the parties cannot agree within thirty (30) days after names of potential arbitrators have been proposed, then by a single arbitrator who is chosen by the AAA.  Except to the extent that they are modified by the rules below, if You are an individual person, the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules that are in effect at the time of the filing of the demand will apply.  
    
    16.4. The parties agree that the applicable AAA rules are modified as follows:

• Any arbitrator must be neutral as to all parties.  Standards for the recusal of an arbitrator shall be the same standards under which trial judges are recused under New York state law.
• No party is entitled to its attorneys’ fees, except as may be awarded in a matter authorized by and consistent with applicable law.
• All discovery shall be subject to any and all objections available under FRCP 26(b).  Each party shall avoid broad or widespread collection, search, and production of documents, including electronically stored information (“ESI”).  If a compelling need is demonstrated by the requesting party, the production shall: (i) be narrowly tailored in scope; (ii) only come from sources that are reasonably accessible without undue burden or cost; and (iii) be produced in a searchable format, if possible without undue burden or cost, and which is usable by the receiving party and convenient and economical for the producing party.  Where the costs and burdens of the requested discovery outweigh its likely benefit, considering the needs of the case, the amount in controversy, and the importance of the discovery in resolving the issues, the arbitrator shall deny such requests or order production on condition that the requesting party advance to the producing party the reasonable costs involved in making the production, subject to the allocation of costs in the final award.
• The arbitrator shall have the authority to award the same damages and other relief that would have been available in court pursuant to the law governing the dispute(s).
• Either party shall have the right to file motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment/adjudication. 
• The arbitrator shall have the authority to issue an award or partial award without conducting a hearing on the grounds that there is no claim on which relief can be granted or that there is no genuine issue of material fact to resolve at a hearing.
• The Federal Rules of Evidence shall apply to all arbitration proceedings.
• The arbitrator must issue a decision in writing, setting forth in summary form the reasons for the arbitrator’s determination and the legal basis therefor.
• The arbitrator’s authority shall be limited to deciding the case submitted by the parties to the arbitration.  Therefore, no decision by any arbitrator shall serve as precedent in other arbitrations except to preclude the same claim from being re-arbitrated between the same parties.
• The parties may settle any dispute on a mutual basis without involvement of the arbitrator.
• If you are an individual, You will pay the first $250, and LP² will pay all other filing, administrative, or hearing fees.  If LP² initiates arbitration, LP² will pay all filing, administrative, and hearing fees.  Regardless of which party initiates arbitration, You will remain responsible for Your attorneys’ fees and costs unless the law governing the Covered Claim provides for an award of attorneys’ fees and costs and the arbitrator determines as part of the arbitration award that You may recover a certain amount of attorneys’ fees and costs.
  

16.5. Except as otherwise required under applicable law, You and LP² agree to arbitrate any disputes only on an individual basis and hereby waive any right to bring, participate in, or receive money or any other relief from any representative, class, or collective proceeding  (“Class Action Waiver”).  No party may bring a claim on behalf of other individuals, and no arbitrator hearing any claim under these Terms of Use may: (a) without the consent of all parties, combine more than one individual’s claim or claims into a single case; (b) order, require, participate in, or facilitate production of class-wide contact information or notification of others of potential claims; or (c) arbitrate any form of a class, collective, or representative proceeding.


17. Persons Not of Age of Majority. Persons who are not 18 years of age are not eligible to use the Site, and no information in relation to such persons should be included in a Submission.

18. Waiver and Severability. The failure of LP² to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions in these Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any part or provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable, such part or provision may be modified to make the Terms of Use as modified, legal and enforceable. The rest of the Terms of Use will not be affected.

Privacy Policy

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) covers the information practices of websites that link to this Policy (each referred to as a “Site”).  The Lifelong Peer Learning Program (LP²) believes strongly inprotecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your Personal Information (as defined below).  We acknowledge that you may have privacy and security concerns with respect to the information we collect, use, and disclose to third parties. As a result, we have developed this Policy. 

As used in this Policy, the term: (a) “Affiliate” means, as to any person or entity, any other person or entity that, directly or indirectly, is in Control of, is Controlled by or is under common Control with such person or entity; (b) “Control” means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management, policies or activities of the person or entity in question, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise; (c) “LP² Parties” means LP² and all of its Affiliates; and (d) “Personal Information” means any combination of information, in the possession of or likely to come into the possession of a LP² Party that can be used to identify, contact or locate a discrete individual.  For purposes of clarification, any information which cannot be used to identify a discrete individual (such as aggregated statistical information) is not Personal Information.

PURPOSE FOR COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION 

The LP2 Parties collect, use and disclose your Personal Information in its normal course of business for the following purposes: 

• Establishing and maintaining communications with you; 
• Where you have requested information from any of the LP² Parties, assisting you in the completion of your request and the assessment of your participation in any such event or service; 
• Responding to your inquiries about the LP² Parties’ membership or services; 
• Allowing the LP2 Parties to notify you of certain events or services offered by one or more LP² Parties; 
• Meeting legal, security, processing and regulatory requirements; 
• Protecting against fraud, suspicious or other illegal activities; and 
• Compiling statistics for analysis of the Sites and our business. 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT/GENERATE 

The information gathered and/or generated by the LP² Parties about you falls into four categories: (1) information voluntarily supplied by visitors to a Site; (2) information you provide to a LP² Party not using a Site; (3) information generated by a LP² Party about you; and (4) tracking information gathered as visitors navigate through the Sites.  

Information voluntarily provided by you 

When using the Sites or engaging with a LP² Party, you may choose to provide a LP² Party with information to help one or more LP² Parties serve your needs.  The Personal Information that we collect will depend on how you choose to use the Sites; and what Personal Information you share with a LP2 Party outside of the Sites. 

• Where you request information from a LP² Party

If you request information from a LP² Party, we require you to submit your name, e-mail address, the name of your organization, and any other necessary contact information so we may send you the material you have requested, and to enable us to identify if you are an existing member of a LP² Party. 

• Where you register as a LP² member and/or request services

If you register as a LP² member, or request a service available on a Site, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, country, telephone number, and other information as is reasonably necessary so that we can provide you with the requested information or service.  On the data submission form, we will indicate by way of an asterisk, which information is optional and which information is mandatory.  This information can include:

• Information you provide on applications or other forms, which may include your name, address, email address, and financial information related to tuition; 
• Information we acquire from and/or transfer to other persons (such as City University of New York) to verify your identity and the accuracy of the information you have provided and for other related purposes; and 
• Information about you received from a LP² Party, another intermediary, a third party providers and others which are necessary for the provision of our services and management of your membership. 

Any Personal Information that you send us will be used for the purpose indicated on the applicable Site or in this Policy.  

Website Navigational Information

As you navigate a Site, we may also collect information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and web beacons (collectively “Website Navigational Information”). Website Navigational Information includes standard information from your web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on a Site (such as the web pages viewed and the links clicked).    

• Cookies

Like many companies, we may use cookies on a Site. Cookies are pieces of information shared between your web browser and a website.  Use of cookies enables a faster and easier experience for the user. A cookie cannot read data off your computer’s hard drive. There are different kinds of cookies with different functions: 

Session cookies: These are only stored on your computer during your web session. They are automatically deleted when the browser is closed.  They usually store an anonymous session ID allowing you to browse a website without having to log in to each page. They do not collect any information from your computer.

These cookies may be either Session or Persistent cookies.

Third-party cookies: The function of this type of cookie is to retain your interaction with a particular website for an entity that does not own that website. They are stored and sent between the third-party’s server and your computer’s hard drive. These cookies are usually Persistent cookies.

Some or all of the Sites may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”).  Google Analytics uses cookies to help websites analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of a Site (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.  Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the applicable Site, compiling reports on website activity, and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage for a LP² Party.  Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. The major browsers have attempted to implement the draft “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) standard of the World Wide Web Consortium (“W3C”) in their latest releases. As this standard has not been finalized, the Sites are not compatible with DNT.

Functionality

These cookies allow our Sites to remember choices you make (such as your user name, language or the region you are in) and provide enhanced features. A Site may also use web beacons (including web beacons supplied or provided by third parties) alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about users’ usage of a Site and interaction with e-mails from a LP² Party. Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular Site tied to the web beacon, and a description of a Site tied to the web beacon. We use web beacons to operate and improve the Sites and e-mail communications.   We may use information from web beacons in combination with other data we have about our clients to provide you with information about one or more LP² Parties and our services.  We will conduct this review on an anonymous basis. 

• IP Addresses

When you visit our Sites, we collect your Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses to track and aggregate non-Personal Information. For example, we use IP addresses to monitor the regions from which users navigate the Sites.  IP addresses will be stored in such a way so that you cannot be identified from the IP address.  

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO OTHERS 

We do not disclose any Personal Information about you to third parties except as stated in this Privacy Policy, as otherwise permitted by law, or authorized by you. 

Third parties to whom we generally disclose information are required by law or a contract with us, to keep your Personal Information confidential and secure, and to use and disclose it for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances and generally for purposes as follows: 

• To provide the information and services you have requested from us; 
• To notify you or allow our Affiliated companies to notify you of certain products or services offered by our affiliated companies; 
• To process transactions through data processing service providers.

Affiliate Sharing

In the normal course of performing services for our clients, Personal Information may be shared among LP² Parties for research and statistical purposes, system administration, joint marketing, providing you services or information, and crime prevention or detection. 

Service Providers

Because a number of the service providers we use are located in the United States, your Personal Information may be processed and stored inside the United States, and the U.S. government, courts, or law enforcement or regulatory agencies may be able to obtain disclosure of your Personal Information under US laws. 

In addition, generally, we will only provide your Personal Information to our lawyers, accountants, tax consultants and employees for the purpose of conducting our business and providing you with information.  Our service suppliers adhere to the same protections regarding the collection, use, and retention of data as we do.  

Other Legally Required Disclosures

The LP² Parties reserve the right to disclose, without your prior permission, any Personal Information about you or your use of a Site if the LP² Party has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) protect and defend the rights, property or safety of a LP² Party, a LP² Party’s employees, other users of a Site, or the public; (b) enforce the terms and conditions that apply to use of a Site; (c) as required by a legally valid request from a competent governmental authority; or (d) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties. We may also disclose Personal Information as we deem necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

SAFEGUARDS 

We have in place reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we maintain. Safeguards will vary depending on the sensitivity, format, location, amount, distribution and storage of the Personal Information. They include physical, technical and managerial measures to keep Personal Information protected from unauthorized access. Note that due to the nature of the Internet and related technology, we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of Personal Information disclosed over the Internet, and the LP² Parties expressly disclaim any such obligation. 

EXTERNAL LINKS

Sites may include links to other websites, such as Facebook, whose privacy policies we do not control. Once you leave our websites, use of any Personal Information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the website you are visiting. That policy may differ from this Policy.

ACCURACY

Our knowing about changes to some of your Personal Information (e.g. email address) may be key to effectively communicating with you at your request. If any of your details change you can update us by e-mailing us at [EMAIL ADDRESS]. Please keep us informed of changes to your Personal Information.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY 

If there is any material change to your rights under this Policy, LP² will provide you with notice of such change 30 calendar days prior to the changes going into effect. As part of this notice, LP² may post a notice of the change on a Site in a clear and conspicuous manner for the 30 calendar day notice period. LP² may also communicate the change via email or postal mail if this is the way that LP² normally corresponds with you. Please note that your continued use of a Site once this 30 calendar day period are over indicates your agreement to the changes which were the subject of the notice.
